The craftmanship and the beauty of the home was what attracted us at first, but truly as we came to the end of the project, it became the people at Destination Homes and the partnerships they had with their vendors that made the experience one of the best experiences we have had. Every interaction I had was done with a great amount of care and the service/follow up was extraordinary. Nothing in the building process goes as planned. There are things that happen that are out of our control, but the way these things were handled made the process easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this team to anyone!

We engaged Destination Homes to build our townhome during the height of COVID and supply chain issues. A perfect storm that could have created complete chaos with many builders, but not so with Destination. They worked with us to ensure all materials were ordered early and would not cause any delays. Everything was completed timely which we believe was attributable to their organization and on-going communication with all of their subcontractors.
DJ, Audrey and Robin were extremely professional and provided excellent advice and offered options where appropriate. We were very, very pleased with the final product.

Throughout the build, the team was open and communicative, working with us in bringing our vision into reality. Robin made the selections process smooth and fun! DJ and his team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner is satisfied. They listened to our ideas and gave their own creative thoughts, as well. DJ is attentive, understanding, and very detail-oriented. He treated the whole process as if he were building his own home.

The special features that you built into the design make our home attractive and functional. We love the arches, the engineered wood floors and granite counter tops. The floor to ceiling fireplace and covered deck also fulfilled desires on our wish list.
